And what’s more, the ultimate indulgence awaits you in the form of a hot tub, available for your enjoyment at any time of day. Adjacent to the castle, the sprawling country park spans over 550 acres, featuring a network of wooded trails that lead to the beach. For a delightful day excursion, the nearby islands of Arran and Cumbrae are easily accessible, while Cairnryan offers the possibility of a day trip to Ireland.

This small island is renowned for the ‘blue hone’ microgranite that is quarried to create curling stones. Today, the island serves as a sanctuary for over 70,000 birds, including puffins, gannets, and guillemots.
